Paddle Anatomy

Paddle design that is often imitated, but never duplicated. Epic paddles feature a unique longitudinal profile with the right amount of dihedral shape for both stable tracking and clean entry and exit in the water. Epic paddles are also the lightest paddles on the market.

Hybrid paddles (white blades) feature a combination of carbon fiber, fiberglass, and epoxy to provide a good balance of weight and price.

The Signature Series Hybrid paddle (white blades) adds an aerospace-grade tapered foam core to increase strength and decrease weight. This tapered foam core on the Epic touring paddle gives it a smooth back shape, with no noticeable rib.

Full Carbon paddles (black carbon blades) have the famous Epic aerospace-grade foam core with 100% carbon fiber epoxy that makes for an extremely lightweight performance paddle.

Reinforced Carbon construction (black carbon blades) adds extra carbon fiber for added durability. Highly recommended for surf and shallow water use.
